サブスクAce（SubscriptionAce）をご利用いただく方に向けた、個人情報およびデータの取り扱いに関する説明です。

1. 基本方針
サブスクAce（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーが登録したサブスクリプションを管理するためのアプリです。本アプリは、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、アプリの機能提供、同期、テンプレートデータベースの改善、購入状態の確認に必要な範囲でのみデータを取り扱います。
2. 本アプリが取り扱う情報
本アプリでは、ユーザーの操作により、サブスクリプションの情報を端末内に保存することがあります。
これらの情報は、基本的にユーザーの端末内に保存されます。iCloud同期を有効にした場合は、AppleのiCloudを通じて同じApple IDの端末間で同期されます。
3. テンプレートデータベースとの通信
本アプリは、サブスクリプション登録を簡単にするため、Web上のデータベースからテンプレート情報を取得します。
ユーザーが「教えてあげる」機能で未登録のサブスクリプションを提案した場合、またはテンプレートの間違いを報告した場合、その情報はサーバーへ送信されます。迷惑投稿や不正利用を防ぐため、端末内で生成されたランダムな端末識別IDもあわせて送信されることがあります。この識別IDは、氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号などを直接識別する情報ではありません。
4. 購入情報の取り扱い
本アプリは、Proプランの購入状態確認のためにRevenueCatを利用します。購入処理自体はAppleのApp Store決済を通じて行われます。本アプリの開発者は、ユーザーのクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を取得しません。RevenueCatは、購入状態、商品ID、権利情報など、アプリ内課金の提供に必要な情報を処理します。
5. 通知
本アプリは、ユーザーが通知を有効にした場合、サブスクリプションの更新日や課金予定を知らせるローカル通知を設定します。通知の許可はOSの設定により管理されます。
6. 第三者提供
本アプリは、法令に基づく場合を除き、ユーザーの個人情報を本人の同意なく第三者へ販売または提供しません。ただし、iCloud同期、App Store決済、RevenueCat、テンプレートデータベース等、アプリの機能提供に必要な外部サービスを利用する場合があります。
7. データの管理と削除
ユーザーは、アプリ内で登録したサブスクリプション情報を編集または削除できます。アプリを削除した場合、端末内のデータは削除されます。ただし、iCloud同期を有効にしている場合、iCloud側に同期されたデータが残ることがあります。iCloud上のデータ管理はApple IDおよびiCloud設定に従います。
8. 未成年の利用
未成年の方が本アプリを利用する場合は、保護者の同意を得た上で利用してください。
9. 本方針の変更
本方針は、アプリの機能追加、法令の変更、運用上の必要に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内または本ページ上でお知らせします。

Privacy Policy (English)
1. Overview
SubscriptionAce is an app designed to help users manage their registered subscriptions. We respect user privacy and process data only to the extent necessary to provide app features, synchronization, template database improvements, and purchase status verification.
2. Information Stored by the App
Depending on user actions, the app may store subscription information on the user's device.
This information is generally stored locally on the user's device. If iCloud sync is enabled, the data may be synchronized across devices using the same Apple ID through Apple's iCloud service.
3. Template Database Communication
To make subscription registration easier, the app retrieves template information from a web-based database.
When the user suggests an unregistered subscription through the "教えてあげる" feature or reports incorrect template information, that information is sent to our server. To prevent spam and abuse, a randomly generated device identifier may also be sent. This identifier does not directly identify the user's name, email address, phone number, or other real-world identity.
4. Purchases
The app uses RevenueCat to verify Pro plan purchase status. Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store payment system. The app developer does not receive or store credit card numbers or other payment credentials. RevenueCat may process purchase status, product identifiers, entitlement information, and related data necessary to provide in-app purchase functionality.
5. Notifications
If the user enables notifications, the app schedules local notifications to remind the user of upcoming renewal or billing dates. Notification permission is managed by the operating system.
6. Sharing with Third Parties
We do not sell or provide users' personal information to third parties without user consent, except where required by law. However, the app may use external services necessary to provide app functionality, such as iCloud sync, App Store payments, RevenueCat, and the template database.
7. Data Management and Deletion
Users can edit or delete subscription records within the app. Deleting the app removes locally stored app data from the device. However, if iCloud sync has been enabled, synced data may remain in iCloud and is managed according to the user's Apple ID and iCloud settings.
8. Children
If a minor uses the app, they should do so with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as app features, legal requirements, or operational needs change. Important changes may be announced in the app or on this page.
