SNStockをご利用いただく方に向けた、個人情報および保存データの取り扱いに関する説明です。

個人情報保護方針（日本語）

1. 基本方針

SNStock（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーが指定したWebページやSNS投稿などの情報を、ユーザー自身が保存・整理・閲覧するためのアプリです。本アプリは、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、アプリの機能提供に必要な範囲でのみデータを取り扱います。

2. 本アプリが取り扱う情報

本アプリでは、ユーザーの操作により、以下の情報を端末内に保存することがあります。

ユーザーが入力または共有したURL
Webページのタイトル、本文、説明文などのテキスト情報
Webページや投稿に含まれる画像、動画、スクリーンショット
保存日時、投稿日時、評価、ブックマーク、メモ、プライベート設定などの整理用情報
アカウント名、アイコン、アカウントURLなど、保存対象ページに関連する表示情報

これらの情報は、ユーザーが本アプリ内で保存・整理・検索・閲覧するために使用されます。

3. 情報の保存場所

現時点では、本アプリで保存したデータは原則としてユーザーの端末内に保存されます。

本アプリは、現時点ではiCloud同期には対応していません。ただし、将来的にiCloud同期機能を提供する可能性があります。その場合、ユーザーがiCloud同期を有効にしたデータは、Appleが提供するiCloudを通じて、ユーザー自身のApple IDに紐づく環境で同期されることがあります。開発者がユーザーのiCloud内データを閲覧することはありません。

4. 外部サービスへのアクセス

本アプリは、ユーザーが指定したURLのページを表示・取得・保存するために、インターネット通信を行います。

この際、アクセス先のWebサイト、SNS、画像配信元、動画配信元などの外部サービスには、通常のブラウザ利用時と同様に、アクセス情報、IPアドレス、Cookie、ログイン状態などが送信される場合があります。これらの外部サービスにおける情報の取り扱いは、各サービスのプライバシーポリシーに従います。

5. 購入情報の取り扱い

本アプリ内でサブスクリプションやアプリ内課金を利用する場合、購入処理はAppleのApp Storeを通じて行われます。本アプリは、購入状態の確認やPro機能の有効化のために、購入状態に関する情報を利用することがあります。

開発者がユーザーのクレジットカード番号などの支払い情報を取得することはありません。

6. 第三者提供

本アプリは、ユーザーが保存したURL、画像、動画、メモ、評価などの個人データを、開発者のサーバーへ送信したり、第三者へ販売・提供したりすることはありません。

ただし、ユーザー自身が共有機能を使用して、URL、画像、動画、その他のデータを他のアプリやサービスへ送信した場合、その送信先での取り扱いは各サービスの規約およびプライバシーポリシーに従います。

7. トラッキングと広告

本アプリは、ユーザーを追跡する目的で第三者広告IDを使用したり、広告配信のためにユーザーデータを第三者と共有したりしません。

8. データの管理と削除

ユーザーは、本アプリ内で保存したページ、アカウント情報、画像、動画などを削除できます。アプリを削除した場合、端末内に保存された本アプリのデータも削除されます。

将来的にiCloud同期機能を利用している場合、iCloud上のデータ削除には、Apple IDやiCloudの設定が関係する場合があります。

9. 未成年の利用

未成年の方が本アプリを利用する場合は、保護者の同意を得た上で利用してください。本アプリは、13歳未満の子どもから意図的に個人情報を収集することを目的としていません。

10. 本方針の変更

本方針は、アプリの機能追加、法令の変更、運用上の必要に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内または本ページ上でお知らせします。

Privacy Policy (English)

1. Overview

SNStock (“the App”) is an app that allows users to save, organize, and view web pages, social media posts, images, videos, screenshots, and related information for their own personal use. We respect user privacy and process data only to the extent necessary to provide App features.

2. Information Stored by the App

Depending on user actions, the App may store the following information on the user's device:

URLs entered or shared by the user
Page titles, descriptions, body text, and other text information
Images, videos, screenshots, and media contained in saved pages
Saved date, post date, ratings, bookmarks, notes, private settings, and other organization data
Account names, icons, account URLs, and related display information associated with saved pages

This information is used to allow users to save, organize, search, and view their own saved content inside the App.

3. Where Data Is Stored

At this time, saved data is generally stored locally on the user's device.

The App does not currently support iCloud sync. However, iCloud sync may be added in the future. If iCloud sync becomes available and the user enables it, saved data may be synced through Apple's iCloud service under the user's own Apple ID. The developer does not have access to the user's iCloud data.

4. Access to External Services

The App connects to the internet in order to display, retrieve, and save pages or media from URLs chosen by the user.

When accessing websites, social media services, image hosts, video hosts, or other external services, those services may receive information such as IP address, cookies, login state, and standard access logs, similar to ordinary browser usage. The handling of such information is governed by the privacy policies of each external service.

5. Purchases

If subscriptions or in-app purchases are used, purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. The App may use purchase status information to verify the subscription and enable Pro features.

The developer does not receive or store credit card numbers or other payment credentials.

6. Sharing with Third Parties

The App does not send saved URLs, images, videos, notes, ratings, or other saved content to the developer's server, and does not sell or provide such data to third parties.

If the user uses sharing features to send URLs, images, videos, or other data to another app or service, the handling of that data is governed by the terms and privacy policy of the receiving service.

7. Tracking and Advertising

The App does not use third-party advertising identifiers to track users, and does not share user data with third parties for advertising purposes.

8. Data Management and Deletion

Users can delete saved pages, account information, images, videos, and related data from within the App. Deleting the App removes locally stored App data from the device.

If iCloud sync is added in the future and enabled by the user, deletion of iCloud data may also depend on the user's Apple ID and iCloud settings.

9. Children

If a minor uses the App, they should do so with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. The App is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as App features, legal requirements, or operational needs change. Important changes may be announced in the App or on this page.
