Cronette it's a software to specify tasks to be launched automatically by the Mac.
It can be used on unattended Mac Servers or also on regular Mac workstations for tasks to execute during the night or for recurring tasks to be performed on a regular basis.
It provides different type of launch tasks and any task can be specified to launch different type of execution.
How it works in details:
* All the tasks inside Cronette are represented in a document table. The task is visualized in a master and details interface (the well know layout used in a multitude of Mac software, the user selects the task in the master table and he can see and edit details visualized under the table)
* User can insert in a document how many tasks he likes
* User can assign to a task a name and a note to recognize it
The user can select for a task to run, different time plan type:
* Daily running at any day
* Weekly: specifying which day of any week to run
* Monthly: specifying which day of any month to run
* Yearly: specifying month and day to run
And specifying:
* Up to ten different time to run in the days of the daily/weekly/monthly/yearly plan
* To run at the document opening, if the daily/weekly/monthly/yearly plan matches with the current day and if the max run per day specified was not reached.
The last feature is useful to perform recurring activities as backups, report creations, emails sending and any other tasks you want to perform not based on time but as example when you shutdown your Mac and only in the days you specify
The user can select which action to perform when the task is launched
* Select a document or a application or a script to launch using a selection dialog, as example creating backup archives with DMG Master
* Opening different type of URLs
* Execute different actions such as restarting, shutting down, sleeping or just sending a message to the log
* Executing unix commands directly from Cronette
Cronette will launch the tasks in background when scheduled. No further actions required.
Cronette add to basic functionalities additional peculiarities:
* Allows to specify a task using Mac standard Cocoa controls (no coding required)
* Instant diagnostic of task as they are inserted, showing errors presence (wrong path, incomplete time execution input and so on..)
* Display of 'runnable' task and 'non runnable' task to better understand what you have inside documents
* Shows the chronological schedule for any separate task
* Shows the chronological schedule for all the tasks combined, inside a user selected time interval. The user can watch the future...
* Display executed process in a separate log Window for any documents
* It's document based, allowing to have different tasks grouped in separate documents set

Structured and Free-form, Together At Last
Some kinds of information are best stored in an organized structure, like a phone book. You want a label and a short value, and don't care about text formatting and such: you just want the information.
On the other hand, sometimes you'd like to write a paragraph or two about something, or include pictures, web links, lists, tables, PDFs, and more.
Why compromise? Caboodle gives you both, with no learning curve!
Your Bag of Tricks
Caboodle provides a single place to store, organize, and find those little pieces of information that you might have previously stored in Stickies or obscurely-named text files strewn over your desktop.
Every Caboodle entry has an icon and subject. The icon can be altered for each entry, if desired, to make them even easier to identify. The subject is the name of the entry, displayed in the entries list. The entry is automatically saved when you switch to another one (or quit), or can be manually saved as desired.
The entries list is a standard outline, making it simple to see as many or as few entries as desired. You can select one or more entries and drag them to reorder them, or to move them up or down the hierarchy, and expand or collapse the entries.
You can also type in the search field to quickly locate entries: the entries list changes to show only the matching ones, with the match words highlighted in each entry.
One Big Happy Family: Sibling and Child Entries
Caboodle uses an intuitive inheritance design. When you create an entry, it inherits the icon and custom fields of its parent. You can choose to create a "sibling" entry, at the same level as an already selected one, or a "child" entry, within the selected one. This allows quickly creating content in an organized fashion, without precluding you from changing the icon and custom fields any time you like.
Yes, that's right: there is no "folder" concept in Caboodle. Every entry can contain other entries, so you can treat any entry as a folder-like container, and add child entries when needed. The parent entry could just have a subject, to treat it like a primitive folder, or it could contain a summary of the contents, general information, or whatever you like.
Uniquely Flexible Custom Fields
In addition to the standard subject field, you can create your own. Simply click the button to add a custom field. You can give it a suitable label, and type whatever value is desired. What's more, you aren't restricted to the same custom fields for all entries: you can add or remove custom fields for each entry, but thanks to the inheritance, each entry starts with the same set as its parent.
Simple Storage of Your Stuff
Custom fields are useful, but most of the time, you just want to jot down a thought, store a picture, etc. Caboodle handles this simply and elegantly. You can type or paste rich text, drag or paste pictures, PDFs, and even documents into the text area of an entry. Caboodle stores a copy, leaving the original intact.
Any content stored in Caboodle can also be dragged out again. Drag a PDF out to make a copy on your desktop or elsewhere; it is still stored in the entry. You can also double-click on such items in Caboodle to directly open a copy of them in Preview or whatever application is appropriate.
For Your Eyes Only
What about privacy? Got some information you don't want others to see? An entry can be encrypted to hide your most sensitive information, using an industry-standard encryption algorithm. The password can be saved in the keychain if desired. Decryption is as easy; you can even temporarily decrypt entries for viewing without decrypting them on disk.

NoteList is an application to store data in a free format using text and images with full word processing capabilities.
The application is document based and can manage and unlimited number of documents and any document can store an unlimited number of notes where any single note can be a full text in TXT format or a RTF text with also images embedded.
It is based on a very simple interface with the list of the managed notes and the content of the selected note full expanded.
The user just clicks the name of the note on the left and the expanded content is available on the right.
Notes can be categorized and filtered by category, stored and edited using formatted text with font size style and images that can be imported via copy and paste and via drag and drop.

Pinger is an application to monitor hosts on the local network or in the Internet via ICMP or TCP Connect(). You can specify the frequency down to a 10 second minimum. There is also an option to add a range of hosts (max /24) by IP address. This is demonstrated in the screenshot. The application logs results to a file as well so you can review how long hosts were unavailable. Alerting options include bouncing the dock icon and several sounds that will play when hosts become unavailable.
NOTE: This is not meant to be an enterprise monitoring tool that pings thousands of hosts.
