Electroacoustics Toolbox is a modularized, multi-channel dynamic signal analyzer and data acquisition platform for Mac. It brings powerful new tools to the Macintosh platform for multi-channel, audio-band data acquisition and real-time analysis of electrical, acoustical, and electroacoustic signals and systems. It enables precise measurements of acoustic quantities, such as equivalent and time-weighted sound levels, as well as acoustic and electroacoustic systems, such as listening rooms and loudspeakers. Electroacoustics Toolbox is a project-based application, which allows you to configure and save project files. Projects may contain one or more tools available in the toolbox, along with any captured data associated with those tools. Electroacoustics Toolbox allows for the creation of an arbitrary number of tools of a certain type, or tools of different types. For example, a project may contain an oscilloscope, two FFT analyzers, and two signal generators. The oscilloscope and FFT analyzers may each simultaneously analyze multiple input channels of a single device. However, there is no requirement that all tools must work with the same device.
The Toolbox also offers advanced capabilities for configuring input and output device parameters and assigning labels, units, and transducer sensitivities to individual input and output channels.

The Date Calculator is a date utility for genealogists. You can enter any date and convert it between Gregorian, Julian, Hebrew, and French Republic calendars and find its day of the week. You can enter two dates and find the time span between them. You can do various other date and time calculations and conversions such as adding time to a date, subtracting time from a date, or adding and subtracting times.
A unique feature of the Date Calculator versus other date utilities is that you can enter fuzzy dates, such as just a month and year (APR 1901), just a year (1864), or a range of dates (FROM 1845 to 1867), and still do useful calculations. The calculations will give all possible answers for the date and time information provided. Being able to do calculations with imprecise dates and time spans is a very useful tool in genealogy research.

A Warning About CalDAV, Entourage and Subscribed to Calendars:
While Caliander shows and edits your CalDAV calendars, it can't sync these calendars on its own because of technical reasons; you have to start iCal to perform a sync. Similarly, you have to start iCal to refresh your subscribed to Calendars. There is no support for Entourage calendars, unfortunately.

Because of BookTracker's flexibility, it is a great tool for both collectors who need to record lots of data and for the book enthusiast who just needs the basics.
