Reloader will monitor the paths which you setup, when any files in these paths were changed, it will do some action automatically, such as reload web page or goto some specified url.

When file was changed, browser will load the url which is combined by Base URL and relative path to the monitor item's path.
For example, a monitor item with path "/Websites/example.com/html", and Base URL is "http://example.com", when file "/Websites/example.com/html/about/index.html" was changed, the browser will load url "http://example.com/about/index.html"
