This is the Mac App version of a basic will from Land of Lincoln Attorney Service (this app will be removed from sale within the next few days and replaced by an improved PDF Will creator).
A two-page Illinois Will for a married individual without children. A one-page affidavit is also included for you and two witnesses to notarize and authenticate the Will.
Your spouse is sole beneficiary of all property. He/she is also the executor of the Will. Pick one alternate, if your spouse does not survive you. This is a precaution just in case your spouse passes away before you have time to modify the Will. In that scenario, your assets are distributed by statute without regard to your wishes.
Print the Will directly from the App, or save the document pages as PDF files.
